Job Description:

Develop and execute social media content
Create engaging and informative content for various platforms (e.g., text posts, images, videos, stories)
Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies accordingly
Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices
Assist in developing and implementing employer branding strategies
Create compelling content that showcases Aksoro’s company culture and employee experiences
Contribute to the development of recruitment marketing materials

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok)
Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Capcut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
Basic video editing skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Creative and innovative thinking
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
