Job Description:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly.
  • Provide detailed information about our products and services.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues.
  • Guide customers through the purchasing process, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to answer pre-sales questions and support lead generation.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer service activities and performance.
  • Stay updated on the latest product features and updates.
  • Work with internal teams to continuously improve customer support processes.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer support or sales, preferably in a tech or AI-related field.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Good understanding of tech products and their applications.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and customer support tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Willingness to be based in Yogyakarta.
