They will use their analytical and communication skills to gather information, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective solutions to customers. They will also collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute strategies to foster a strong and engaged customer / community.
  • Facilitate discussions, organize events, and create content that promotes member / customer interaction
  • Create and curate engaging content for community platforms, including social media and forums.
  • Use clear and empathetic communication to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve department objectives
  • Handle Basic Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field
  • Experience 1-2 years as a Customer Care, Community specialist, Customer Support, and Customer Service
  • Excellent communication skills, Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  • Experience handling Customer Relationship Management (CRM) will be poin plus
  • Willing to work at Yogyakarta (WFO)
