Job Description:

  • Identify and engage potential customers through online platforms and offline.
  • Qualify and nurture leads through email, chat, and phone communication to convert them into sales.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Accurately process sales orders and coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute online sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.


  • Experience and a strong interest in business education are a must
  • Bachelor’s degree from any major (preferably from business, Marketing, or a related field preferred)
  • Experience 1-2 years as a Sales Specialist, Dealmaker Online, Customer Success, or anything related with sales area
  • Excellent communication skills, Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience handling a high volume of work and prioritizing duties in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work at Yogyakarta (WFO)
