We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Trainer to join our team and help deliver top-notch training for our Customer Service AI product. This role is ideal for someone who is curious about technology, loves improving processes, and can stay focused without getting easily bored. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for educating users on our AI software, ensuring they can maximize its potential in their customer service operations.

Job Description:

Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and effective training sessions on our Customer Service AI product for internal teams and clients.
Content Development: Create and update training materials, including manuals, tutorials, and online resources, to reflect the latest features and best practices.
User Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, helping them overcome challenges and optimize their use of the AI product.
Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from trainees to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
Product Knowledge: Stay curious and informed about the latest updates and advancements in AI and customer service technology, integrating new knowledge into training programs.

Requirements:

Previous experience in training or software education is a plus, but not required; a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
A diligent and patient attitude, with the ability to remain focused and not easily bored.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate and thorough training.
Naturally curious, with a passion for learning and improving existing processes.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a simple, understandable manner.
Able to work from our Yogyakarta office (WFO) with a flexible and collaborative approach.
