As a Freelance Operations, you have to manage and coordinate all event-related equipment and supplies. You’ll ensure smooth setup, execution, and teardown while assisting the team with on-site logistics. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and ready to support fast-paced events.

Job Description:

Manage and organize event equipment and supplies
Coordinate logistics to ensure smooth setup, execution, and teardown of events
Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials as needed
Support on-site operational tasks to help events run efficiently
Collaborate closely with the event team to anticipate and resolve logistical issues
Maintain equipment condition and report any damages or shortages

Requirements:

Male.
Active university student from any major.
Proactive, attentive, and engaged.
Experience in equipment or logistics division.
Enjoys outdoor activities (e.g., hiking or trekking).
Does not smoke or use vape/pod products.
Able to drive both motorcycle and car.
Available at 22-24 August 2025.
