Job Description:

Conduct recruitment and selection process including posting job vacancy, shortlisting, and interview
Proceed onboarding, prepare tools and documentation for new employee
Determine applicant qualifications by analyzing responses, verifying references and comparing qualifications to job requirement
Work with People Manager for Hiring Strategies
Mentor and provide guidance to team members.
Set up the development pipelines and features together with recruiter team.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Psychology / Human Resource Management or similiar
Minimum 3 years experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition area (experience at HeadHunter or Outsourcing company will be point plus)
Good analytical skill, good planning & organizing skill
Good communication skill and preferably a people person
Seek for fast growing environment
Willing to be placed at Yogyakarta
